Speaking only in terms of adding muscle and losing fat. Frame, height, insertions is the same.

You’re not getting to 240 ripped at 6’2 natty. That’s Olympiad men’s physique level. Maybe 220lb though, but you need a very big natural frame. Not even close.
Elite genetics means 6’2 220-240 ripped (height just as an example).
Roided with average genetics and average response may never even reach that with drugs. If natty he’s 6’2 180 ripped after a few years of training, he’s not putting on 40 pounds of muscle with roids.

It’s hard to see elite natural lifters because they will most probably roid to push it even further and compete ectNot even close.

Yes top one percent. Great is top 5 percent. Good is top 10-20 percent. Average is 50 percentile. But I’m talking about people who actually workout, not just the general populationRipped means 8-10%
Of course I’m not saying 4% body fat stage ready Chris bumstead. That’s impossible.
225-235 is fairly reasonable at 10% with elite genetics (you have to specify what is elite exactly. Is it top 1%?)
Send examples of lifers who are 225-235 natty at 10 percent.Ripped means 7-11%

That’s why you look at their pictures at 12-15 years old when they are most likely not touching anything. If they are crazy back then and have 10-20 pounds of muscle on the average guy you can be sure they’re elite. It’s hard to see elite natural lifters because they will most probably roid to push it even further and compete ect
People think Laid, Eubank were just elite natties but they looked average in the beginning and after training for a bit though. That’s why you look at their pictures at 12-15 years old when they are most likely not touching anything. I can’t do that because I don’t know who is natural and who’s not. I’m just basing that on my experience as a person with average genetics at 6’2.Send examples of lifers who are 225-235 natty at 10 percent.
Laid was superior in vascularity and body fat and had a superior response to anabolics.Laid
Okay how big are you arms, what’s your bench ect ?I can’t do that because I don’t know who is natural and who’s not. I’m just basing that on my experience as a person with average genetics at 6’2.
Most guys had 10-20 pounds of muscle on me when I was 15-18 years old (best time to know your baseline and what you’re working with. I was about 130 pounds).
Currently I’m 215 at 20% body fat. So if we remove 10% of my body weight (+5 pounds of water), making me ripped, I would be around 185-190. Average to below average genetics.
So I’m making an educated guess that elites can easily have 20-40 pounds more than me, considering that I’m at the bottom of the barrel.
Arms around 15.5 and 16 with a pump but they’re my weakest body part, because my calves and neck are bigger than that and I barely even train them. Legs great too.Okay how big are you arms, what’s your bench ect ?
He was just very skinny jfl, small wrists and ankles, although good shoulder to hip ratio and response to roids. I classify someone with an average response to gear as someone like Zyzz or Jon Skywalker. Only in terms of the muscle they built as they have way above average insertions.Laid was superior in vascularity and body fat and had a superior response to anabolics.
Eubank always looked good from what I recall.
Oh wow, we have very similar stats. How long have you been working out?Arms around 15.5 and 16 with a pump but they’re my weakest body part, because my calves and neck are bigger than that and I barely even train them. Legs great too.
Bench 225 for 4 reps.
About 18 months in total but it was on and off over 5 years.Oh wow, we have very similar stats. How long have you been working out?
Let me add this to the question, the roider can take any compound and dosage without dying or something, I.e grams of test, tren, HGH, insulin. What then ?About 18 months in total but it was on and off over 5 years.
It’s hard to say but really depends on the level of eliteness.Let me add this to the question, the roider can take any compound and dosage without dying or something, I.e grams of test, tren, HGH, insulin. What then ?
With roids I will be flat too. In a coffin.
People need to understand that even 10lb is a very noticeable amount of muscle tbh. Bodybuilders have changed drastically over the years, from the natty bodybuilders in the early 1900s, to the ones on simple compounds such as test in the 60s to the golden age bodybuilders and now to the mass monsters in the 2000-2020s once HGH and slin was incorporated. They just keep increasing in overall size and density.
Who tf is 6'2 180lbs after years of trainingNot even close.

Width is a lot to do with clavicle and scapula length ( frame) but yeah roids help give you 3d rounded delts.
Negro look at polls. Even the bench statistics after 5 years of training prove you wrong.Who tf is 6'2 180lbs after years of training
Thats dogshit genetics
height/weight is a memeWho tf is 6'2 180lbs after years of training
Thats dogshit genetics
i mean delts, u can't have 3d delts as a natty with your arms fully relaxed, u can only fraud by posing and flexingWidth is a lot to do with clavicle and scapula length ( frame) but yeah roids help give you 3d rounded delts.
With single digit body fat it can look good shirtless. Think Christian bale in American psycho.Who tf is 6'2 180lbs after years of training

this nigger just called Christian bale’s physique dogshit geneticsWith single digit body fat it can look good shirtless. Think Christian bale in American psycho.
6'2 190 pounds lean is 22 ffmi. Not average at all.Currently I’m 215 at 20% body fat. So if we remove 10% of my body weight (+5 pounds of water), making me ripped, I would be around 185-190. Average to below average genetics.
You've reached your genetic muscle mass potential? So I’m making an educated guess that elites can easily have 20-40 pounds more than me, considering that I’m at the bottom of the barrel
Probably true but why do you even give a shit about all these details? How long have you been training? At the end of the day I think it goes something like this:
1) Elite genetics plus great response to roids
2) Average genetics plus great response to roids
3) Elite genetics natty
4) Average genetics natty with average response to roids, although might be close to 3 depending on dosages and compounds.
5) Bad genetics overall
For a person who has lifted for 5 years it probably would be average. Not average at all.
no but I’m probably at about 80% since I’ve trained for almost 2 years. You've reached your genetic muscle mass potential?
It’s just a thought experiment. Around 7 months but I’ve taken a break, just getting back into it nowProbably true but why do you even give a shit about all these details? How long have you been training?
You have trained for 2 years and have the same muscle mass level as one who has lifted for 5 years. Not average. For a person who has lifted for 5 years it probably would be average.

Ok it’s possible but I won’t know until I train for a couple more years. You have trained for 2 years and have the same muscle mass level as one who has lifted for 5 years. Not average.
Muscle growth slows down quite a bit ater the first 2 years but i can see you being 200 pounds at 10%Ok it’s possible but I won’t know until I train for a couple more years.
