ghrelin releases when the body is in starvation mode and ghrelin is a growth hormone so if i starve myself do i produce more gh? also does drinking water remove the starvation mode and drop ghrelin production?

Fasting for 3 days will raise your ghrelin. After day 3 your ghrelin will drop to base-normal levels, at day 7 it spikes again along with cortisol and insulin.
