if you're not consistently taking blood work it's near impossible to find the dosage that keeps your estrogen at the right level, because you might not necessarily feel higher estrogen levels, many people get no sides from it at all, some don't even get those from sky high estrogen levels, and it's not beneficial to mess with them either if you're not suffering from sides, you will not be able to dial in the dose fast enough for you to be able to prevent possible complications with bone growth, it takes ages of getting your blood checked regularly to know these things, it is not advisable to do.

yes, a lot of functions in your entire body are impacted by estrogen, even in men, and ironically enough the same goes for women, testosterone also regulates many of their functions, they also need it.
