Does stress significantly impact your ability to work productively?

Last few weeks I've been suffering from high levels of anxiety all throughout the day. (Racing heart beat, sweating, overthinking, flushed face, etc...)

I work in recruitment and I've found it very hard to play it off on the phone at times, it isn't that I'm socially anxious or anything but it's just quite hard to properly concentrate a lot of the time.

My mind will feel very foggy ans I'll just be restless for hours, I'm actually pretty sure that this is a symptom of my ADHD medication but it usually leaves me feeling depressed.

Am I coping here or is anxiety likely fucking me over?
