Just something I’ve been wondering about, I haven’t heard much talk on stretching and its effect on aging, and the few bits I can remember is that stretching is beneficial to attenuate the decreased flexibility with age.
I’ve been wondering if the act of stretching a muscle and tendon would age it by causing damage, comparably to how stretching your skin causes damage to the elastin and skin aging.
