I've seen thay sugar increase IGF 1 and whatever wich helps bone growth , but I saw also that it spike insulin and do the opposite.... . I'm not that good at biology so idk exactly what but I need bone mass so I'm not sure if I should stop sugar or actually eat more

No. It doesnt. Infact high sugar intake really would blunt your growth due to worse insulin resistance and other factors.

Depends, sugar and insulin do actually spike igf1 but this is dependent on there being hgh in your system.

i would think the best thing to do as a natty is fasted exercise (to spike hgh) and then eating something like fruit and honey afterwards.

realistically though you aren’t gaining any bonemass from just eating sugar.

chocolate bars and cookies might do this, but natural sugars like fruit and honey don’t cause insulin resistance. the carbs from them are actually extremely beneficial for growth. carbs are your body’s best source of energy.
