obviously we've seen ehren/craig talk about sungazing but is there any way in particular to correctly do it, or instructions on how to? this is my eye right now, im fully aware that it might be a stupid larp picture but its just a hint at my eye color. im not trying to depict myself as a good eye colored guy so

Your iris melanin content is largely determined by genetics. If anything, exposing it to uv would increase melanin production and make your eyes darker. This is why black people often have darker eyes; in Africa, the sun is more intense.

There's something called panoramic vision, when you look at a wide landscape or something in nature your entire body feels relaxed because you feel safe in an evolutionary perspective, but no, sun gazing as in staring at the sun will only cause damage to your retina.

But gazing indirectly at the sun or around daylight is proven to regulate sleep cycles/circadian rhytms (The benefits come from ambient daylight, not staring at the sun itself)

Horizon gazing would be ideal.
