If you have UEE caused by bony deficiency in the area above the eye, it will solve that problem.

I've seen supras designed by RSM where they "drop down" which can give more hooding to the eyes

I mean they can only do so much. If u have vertically large orbitals there isn't much u can do as lowering the implants would block the eye

They are really a rare surgery and the only afters I've seen ITT were too soon after surgery to see final result without swelling. I almost wonder if fillers / botox to the brow can get you there more or less but at a fraction of the cost

Eyes that are hooded obscure a small portion of the top of the eye, effectively changing the eye shape. You don't need 100% of the surface area of the eye to have unimpaired vision
