No it’s gets “sun bleached” being in sea water is gonna damage ur hair and dry it because of the salt

Wetting your hair in salt water and letting it dry in the hot sun for weeks on end can discolor your hair and make it loose melanin.

It can make it slightly more blonde but waste of time just bleach/dye them
