no, biggest misconception of 2025, only reason you see swimmers with wide frame is cause theyre the best at it and swimming chose them, all the other 99 percent of swimmers have normal frames pal, they naturally have that frame

no lmao its all cope. swimming is just a type of cardio that happens to also hit your upper body. u usually only see good swimmers, and they are good because of their frame not the other way around. if you really wanted to pick a cardio type/sport to boost your gh and your frame, do sprinting and go to the gym

I was talking about frame. Just based on personal experience my friend who was swimmer from age 7 has giga wide frame aswell as his swimmer pals.

It is very much known fact that human body adapts from childhood, If swimming is all you do, your subconscious will do the rest
