Higher IQ and more academically inclined people will have easier lives than others, if you measure it by how much money they make. It happens that Blacks are more likely to be lower IQ and to not care about education than every other race in the U.S, which explains them being the poorest.

Even if you try to compare SAT scores between Blacks and Whites with different income levels, you will see that the poorest Whites do better than the richest Blacks. You have to show actual evidence that the reason Blacks earn less is because of people being racist to them, rather than their own behaviour
