T3 is used to maintain a healthy level of thyroid hormones, therefore a healthy TSH level. If u overdose it, and u nuke your TSH levels, you would basically be hyperthyroid. Hyperthyroidism is correlated with faster hair growth cycles, so u could experience more hair falling out.
On the other hand, If u have high TSH, taking T3 could drastically improve your hair situation. Again, because the drug is used to maintain healthy levels of TSH.

I use it for health purposes not fat loss. If ur using it for fat loss it works by sharply increasing adrenaline and thus beta oxidation, i dont think thats healthy. Ive been losing fat though even though ive been eating a lot of carbs, and drinking fruit juices. I think I lost around 10 kg of pure fat in 4 months without restricting calories nor exercising apart from daily walks and lifting to failure once a week
