Testosterone itself cannot increase your bone age, higher T closes the plates faster because more T will get converted into e2 so its at your own risk
 
It won't stop you from reaching your genetic height.

It might stop you from achieving beyond your genetic height though.

More test = more convertion by aromatase to E2 = close growth plate sooner. Its that simple. Btw at 17 you prob have open growth plate you just reached your maximal potencial
