unless ur willing to hop on to raise ur genetic ceiling by a few cm there is not much. you have reached very close to adult height. Think of height growth as parabolic, if you have experienced major growths in past few months it most likely means youve reaches ur peak. This however doesn't mean ur done growing, it will jsut be much slower. Also to see ur bne age and check what stage your growth plates are in maturation you need to get a hand/wrist x-ray and get it vetted by an endocrinologist. depends on a lot of other factors, but at this stage in your life, the massive velocity changes are most likely reaching its peak, at its peak, or slowing down, its a varity of factors.
