Yes it matters, because different esters have differing half lives which changes how it's released and how it impacts you

Matters for half-life. Of which there is almost no difference between C and E.

Both are solid options, I am not very well versed in the specifics however I heard propionate offers more stability at the cost of having to pin daily.
