Does testosterone get rid of social anxiety?

I am an anxietycel but I want to fix it. I read a study about how testosterone can significantly reduce anxiety. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27448713/

Does this mean that naturally increasing testosterone (Or even injections, if necessary) is necessary for all anxietycels? I am probably a low-T cel too.
 
Some people claim it does, I take gear and test did not change my personality at all, I still don't talk to Stacy's. It does however make my physique marginally better in turn giving a confidence boost without clothes.

natural T isn't enough you need to inject

Saturated fats are essential for testosterone, so is sleep and red meat. Don’t waste time with test boosters. Few weeks ago i upped my saturated fats intake to 80-110g grams a day on average and I started getting erections daily again. Zinc is key too, get it from beef or canned oysters, the supplement pills are cope and don’t work ive tried them. Also avoid cutting for a long time if possible, i did a 4 month cut and by the end i felt drained and low T

you can go into a TRT clinic and get tested, but if you aren't out of the normal range you wont get any prescribed.

Is being very skinny/underweight gonna give me low T?
