Does testosterone return to baseline after using it

Hello everyone I'm seeing more and more people taking testosterone I was wondering if levels return to baseline and how long that would take? What about teenagers ~16-18?

You have 2 options

1. Blast and cruise, so you go high dose test to blast for 16w, then go low dose as a cruise after and repeat

2. Pct, after the 16 week blast you run enclomaphine to make your test go back to baseline + HCG for LH
