Does the average person really think ugly women have it worse than ugly men?

I can't remember where but I saw a post recently about whether ugly men or women had it harder and the comments were cagefuel.

Do these people really not go outside? I'm not extremely blackpilled, I accept looks matter a ton but I don't go into the depths of thinking literally nothing else matters but I see decent looking dudes with lazy landwhales all the time. I see ugly dudes with women, sure, but usually they take care of themselves and work super hard.

Comments kind of pissed me off as a guy bordering on deformed tier ugly, literally everyone finds it acceptable to shit on ugly guys (both men and women do) but anyone who makes any comments on an ugly girl is a monster.

I agree with you on this completely. Ugly men are treated like shit based on looks, but average men are invisible at best. So ugly men have very comparable lives to average men since both are considered worthless essentially.

Ugly young women can still more easily date, get fucked by attractive men, get more sympathy, have an easier time socializing, etc. compared to ugly young men.

You say ugly women have to date annoying unpleasent men. But this is something you can navigate and also find good partners in.
Yet ugly men are forced to be truecel perma-virgins basically. There's nothing to navigate because there's not even any options.

There's a huge difference between non attractive and ugly. Women might think the average guy is unnatractive but not downright ugly. Obviously ugly women have it harder, and it takes time but they can find a good man without extreme effort.

Even then, in day to day life, an ugly woman gets 1000x the sympathy than an ugly male. Maybe people judge them more but it won't effect them because people keep it bottled in unlike with ugly men where a lot feel free to shit on or laugh at them.

It's not that they don't go outside, it's that all of a normies experiences are filtered through the current socially accepted lens of seeing the world and this prevents them from seeing the actual reality in front of them.

It's like a filter that obscures everything they see and if they see or experience anything that contradicts that filter, it is shut out of experience or at the very least obscured to fit the lens. These people don't live in the complexity of the real world so much as they live in a dream like state of pre established associations and responses.
