Ive been on reta for 4 days now and people usually say to up the dose
But i feel like its enough do i need to so it keeps working or can i continue on a low dose to safe money?

You haven't even cleared the loading phase, you absolute subhuman. Yes, you build tolerance. That's how GLP-1 agonists work
 
up your dose according to your desired effect, isn't that much obvious? I will tell you from experience that you do not need very much reta, but it does begin to become less noticeable over the course of 8+ weeks.
 
1mg is low as fuck for 110kg but if you're getting what you want out of it then stay at that dose. The best dose is the most amount you can take without adverse side effects

Well 1mg reta is still effective don’t get me wrong. You will definitely feel appetite suppression. I’m on 2mg daily at 67kg and It’s hard for me to eat over 1200 calories. It’s an extremely powerful drug
