i think a low or high dose will shrink the nose regardless over time it's just that one is quicker one is over a longer period of time, don't take me for granted though
20 is enough even 10mg daily is enough but at least that was what worked for me, as for you you could just stick to 20mg and put on topical isotret and hydrocort(don't over do it)

Not gonna lie, after I became a hyper responder, I took 10mg and then next morning my nose was greasy asf all the sebum was excreted, before that I took isotret 10mg for 16days then I noticed sides and stopped for 3 months, I had a mix of oily and dry skin before accutane now it's balanced

because if you have less sebum production, you have less volume + it lowers skin inflammation, and if you use topical isotret too, it can make the skin thinner (and someone could use a corticosteroid to atrophy the skin and make the nose even smaller) but all comes to inflammation and how thick the skin is
yeah i use tret and betamethasone. I have lot of dots on my nose tho I guess thats why my nose is kinda bulbous
if they are both topical or in general if you overdo it, it could lead to a damaged skin barrier, so be careful the corticosteroid doesn't need to be used for a long period you need to take breaks between and just use very little to keep the skin atrophy
