I just read about DSIP and i was curious if it actually worked and if it had any long term side effects since its a pretty old peptide and it doesnt have a whole lot of research on it.

Most of the claims on it being good for sleep are ancedotal and results have been inconsistent so it might have no results its useless and bad.
