Yeah I heard makeup might help,
Can’t you create micro cuts in the corners in the lips to get wider lips as well?
I saw in a dc call that’s what he did to get a wider smile.

comissuro plasty for lateral width isnt real, its only used on people with lip deformities so severe they cant properly speak or eat. It will scar you and you will see some reorbtion. The doctors that perform it for aesthetic reasons only are highly criticised and your orbicularis oris will retighten after a while to reset your progress. You are best of just getting a lip lift and a corner raise if your mouth droops down to make your mouth appear wider. Atleast from what I hae heard. I have the same issue

sadly even when performed by good surgeons, the corners of the mouth tend to scar.

he used a toothbrush everyotherday to create microtears on the edges of his teeth to make his lip wider

i would go with the 3d printed mouth thing but if u wanna u can try both.
careful with the toothbrush. i did i tm and ended up with blood the whole day jfl

I made my own lip legthiningthing buy after a few days of using it it my lips have seemed to adapt.
