My ex's brother is named Chad. He had a fanclub in high school (mid 2000s) with around 30 members. There were even a few guys in it. They were obsessed with him and would harass his siblings with strange questions about him like "what shampoo does Chad use?" So I would say it exists, just a very rare species that does in fact live up to the name
