Does the Napoleonic Genre on Roblox lower cortisol or spike it?

I've heard that games can significantly lower cortisol, and some of my favorite games happen to be faction-based games on Roblox, specifically in the napoleonic genre the problem is that these games and their communities are often high-stress, considering the amount of work and research that goes into creating a faction, regiment, or similar structure on top of that, the communities can be insufferable, filled with people who frustrate me daily especially when it comes to recruiting or teaching new members. The conflict is that during actual gameplay, like in battles, I can feel low-stress and immersed, but outside the game, the tasks of recruiting, training, and organizing can become highly stressful
