does the philtrum follow the septum?

i have a deviated septum and i'm getting septo+rhinoplasty in 2 weeks

i don't have a "normal" deviated septum tho, mine is literally ogre tier, one nose hole looks like its melting.



you can't tell from the vid but my philtrum also seems to deviate from my facial center line, I'm wondering if septoplasty will also affect philtrum alignment?
