Title. Should I actually hit my chin and cheekbones like a monkey before going out or what.

The only gains you get from bonesmashing are basically inflammation and it temporary, that's true. Is it worth it? Not only is the inflammation really hard to notice, not only will you be fucking your skin in the long term, but again, the gain is so small that it isn't worth your time.

What if you pair bonesmashing in late puberty (15) and with gh peptides?

Bonesmashing simply doesn't work, for a plethora of reasons, but to not bore with explanations: You cannot hit yourself hard enough and consistently enough in the face to actually cause any significant amount of osteogenesis via Wolff's Law, even if you had the balls to do it correctly, not only would that damage the soft tissues in the area, and you wouldn't be able to get even results.

I'm sorry but you cannot cheat your body like that.
