Probably 6-8 years until he completes everything (I am estimating)

There are surgeons who do this stuff in the US but it's super expensive (100k+ just to add a few mms of IPD or PFL...) This stuff is reserved for super rich people like CosmicMaxxer who don't mind dropping enough money for a ferrari on a surgery.
