if this muscle was hypertrophied would you get more prominent hollow cheeks like these?:

the zygos doesn’t extend all the way down the face do the zygomaticus muscle must be cashing the line down the face i think.

what do you think of this?

feel like one side is more hollow and it’s the side i smirk with so that would mean that side would get more activation so more hypertrophy so that side has become slightly more hollow. it could also be some slight masseter asymmetry that stretch the skin differently.

I don’t see why it should. Hollow cheeks is light capture. When the zygoma is high set and large in density the light reflects off of it and creates a shadow with the tall ramus and wide mandible.
