Does therapy work?

Anyone have any experience on therapy with a bluepilled consultant or did they just describe you joos pills and tried to gaslight you? I tried going to one a bit last year my parents assigned me to but I always kept quiet and avoided questions and it didn't really go anywhere

I'm 15 so the approach by them might be a bit different for me, I'm down to try pretty much anything at this point before roping though

Surgery later on would help my face a lot tbh, but I'm so depressed I can't get to grinding anything again and my looks do play a role in that, although they aren't the whole problem now and they fucked up my mental so badly I don't know if I can even recover it with surgery which is why I wanted to try therapy but not just have the joos pills
