Where did you get that impression? Thats not true.. Only black people Iraqis are from Basra. They are minority group. The south does not look much different from North. Iraq also have very strong sunshine which will make people darker than they actually are.

Does paki yemenis mix looks like this? This was taken from Baghdad. The average Iraqis looks like typical Turkish, IRANIAN and levant..

Basra has over 500-700k black minority groups. Iraq is very mixed race. It has levants, Turkish, christians, Kurds, iranians, arabs, africans..

There are not many white passing arabs in Iraq. We are just heavily mixed race. Some can have ethnic coloring with whiter tone of skin. Some have lighter eyes, some looks Dark. I agree. Turkey are also same shit. Very mixed but majority of them look like typical middle eastern ethnic.
