Let’s say you see a celebrity/model/whatever with a physique you would like to emulate but your heights are different.

Example:
1631507537432

Drake is 6 feet (72 inches) and weighs 196 lbs.

196/72=2.72

I am 5’10” (70 inches)

70x2.72=190 lbs.

So if I want drake’s physique at my height I need to weigh 190 at a similar bf%. Obviously frame and genetics play a big role but you can’t control that.

will this work?

Drake's body looks like shit

I dont know how its in america but in europe we use something like bmi. With theae method you can see much you shoul dweigh depending on your height. Weight/(height x height) is the formula.

Not it doesnt work because the relationship of pretty much EVERYTHING (retained water, bones, fat, muscle, organs) are non-linear against height.

If you have same frame, and are in similar ballpark height wise, you can use BMI, but if you take a celeb, say drake, it would only work for around 10% of guys with similar enough frame, and of that 10% prob only guys who are between 5'9 and 6'2.

Even then, it ignores how your insertions are and what TYPE of muscles you have, so no there is no real hack until u start getting very complex. Better idea would be of u look at a physique u think is ideal, people here could tell u how much u would weigh at that physique, that would be most accurate but still imperfect

Drake's body looks like shit tbh
Super estrogenic
Also looks like he got a liposculpt instead of gym muscles
