Have full beard due to some reason my legs did not grow my inseam is only 30 inches and shoe size is 12 hand size 21 cm. I was meanst to be 6'2 cause my dad was 6'2 in prime ,but i dont know why my legs did not grow at all.

When i was 15 i was hella wristcel and now I have average wrists. It was so bad that i had to add new holes to my watches because even the tightest fit would wiggle on my hands

It's misleading

Full maturation doesn't mean noticeable growth. Let's say clavicle fuses generally at 26, most of people will have 98% of clavicle developed by the time they are 18, so the difference is very small.
