Lower lid rétraction but the gain was so minimal that im probably gonna get 1-2 more lower eyelid rétraction surgery. I have an implant that gives my zygos anterior projection and it stretches from the infraorbital but it wasnt placed very high so i got around 1-2mm élévation. Havent used pics cuz my face is still pretty swollen. Ill probably try in month 3 since recovery time is like doubled for thick skin blacks
