Clarify
My PSL detector feels nothing when looking at his face. I just see "Hmm, another noname softmaxxed HTN." While Nikos face has way more character and looks more appealing. I don't know that guys eye area looks autistic while Niko's looks mysterious and arrogant with the almond eyeshape and horisontally long softly arched eyebrows.

Based off of face/PSL alone Niko smokes him due to better harmony and eye are especially. Height could change the full mog since Niko is on the shorter side.

Both of their videos and pics are frauded, if you want to compare candids that's different but he planned every moment of that short video look at all his poses and expressions.

Other guy doesn't have better harmony, he just has nothing that stands out because nothing is especiallly attractive. Everything is just slightly above average.
