Yea u wake up feeling good and ur so confident it’s delulu and the world feels a bit better than it is and u forget about the bp and hypergamy and genetic determinism and for a second u feel happy. But then something reminds u of ur place in the world. An interaction. A remark from a friend. Maybe u just catch a glimpse of ur reflection. And it all comes back.

Sometimes I wish I could just forget. But I can’t. And even if I did, I think I’d just relearn it thru my experiences.

Yea insecurities r so hard to get over. My worst experience was when I used to tell myself no one notices my insecurities other than me and no one’s looking at me as closely as I am but then someone commented on it and it was the worst feeling ever
