So there is no problem. If you were ugly as fuck or you had leprosy seen from afar, then it could be the reason, but if you are average, these girls probably don't even register you on their radar. Most girls don't want to be approached so they avoid eye contact looking down or straight ahead. I don't even look at girls while passing them.
