Does this look like allergic dark circles?

I’ve always assumed that my dark circles under my eyes that I’ve had my whole life were a consequence of recessed infraorbitals, but now I am unsure if that’s the case. I have allergies that I don’t take meds for, a deviated septum, and asthma. I’ve had the dark circles my whole life, and they seem to be getting worse every year. They are genuinely the worst eye bags I have ever seen. I’m not even being self-critical or exaggerating. There is also some pretty clear discoloration, and if I’m not mistaken, recessed infras would just cause dark shadowing, not yellow and purple as well. So, I think I might have recessed infras, but I think the other things I have going on might be making the dark circles look 10x worse.
