This is a very strong stack. If you’re worried you can increase RU concentration and switch to dutasteride and even increase dosage up to 2.5 mg.

This should suppress scalp DHT by like 80% and RU can deal with residual androgens. It’s a comprehensive strategy

I understand the FDA point but they are different medications.

RU is a topical anti androgen. There’s no question of this but it’s right to question its efficacy without long term data.

Well all I can advise if you really are miniaturising in the donor area as well is to increase avodart to 2.5 mg and increase RU concentration. This is the best treatment available right now.

My advice before doing this is to go to a dermatologist and get a scalp biopsy. You’ll be doing this treatment for life so don’t embark on it unless absolutely necessary. Good luck
