Does this machine work for Sebaceous Filaments or did I waste $50?

I saw this on sale on IG reels and I was thinking I could suck out SF in one session and just spam Paula's Choice 2% BHA to shrink them gradually. Is this braindead?

It works but it irritates your skin if you do it wrong / too much. Paula's Choice will definitely help though. This combo isn't braindead, just don't overdo it with the device. Ideally if you truly want your sebaceous filaments to be near invisible, you'd use a retinoid & BHA

Don't just "spam" BHAs, and don't do it right after using the device
