Doesn’t have to be a piece of paper (tissue, not printing paper, by the way), it could also be a piece of string. Whichever you use, just wrap it around the thickest part of your cock (you can measure both base girth and midshaft girth), see where the ends meet, mark it, then roll it out and measure it along a ruler.
