No I know plenty of Whites that would think he is White. Especially in many parts of America like the Northeast, Great Lakes, and Gulf South (there are lots of Meds who can look more ethnic than him)

OK they're white and have naturally occurring soft features. Coarse features are a Nordic not Mediterranean trait. European Meds have soft facial features naturally and always have.

What I mean by soft features is buying soft features such as thicker eyebrows or lashes, and dyeing them, or getting lip augmentation, minox beard, altering the hairline, etc

I’m white
The bone structure is not white looking, coloring has almost nothing to do with racial perception but the coloring is a bit off too

Obviously we don’t know what he’d actually look like translated to real life, but from what I’m seeing overall, would be noticeably “other” to white people.

I agree tbh, he doesn't look white at all. I look similar but with darker hair, and I'm a mutt (primarily MENA and white, with a smaller amount of black)

What ethnicity would you say he is?

No idea, some kind of mix, obviously part white
Eyes look kind of asian
Mouth looks slavic
Nose could be arab etc

I could see that
I think I’d be more likely to guess him as a recent mix of several things rather than as one thing that is in itself an ancient mix of things though

Some people would think he’s white for sure, but to be perceived as white by white people there has to be 0 visible non-white features
That’s why even the least black looking of mixed people are considered black by white people, even if all their black friends tease them for “being white” (large part of the identity crisis that mixed people often face, where they feel they don’t fit with either side. But you’re about 1000x more likely to hear a black dude refer to a very light skin mixed person as black than you are to hear a white person refer to that same dude as white)

There’s obviously exceptions to every rule but this is the general trend. You can call it based in racism, I personally think it has to do with non-white features tending to show up more strongly than white features. A guy who’s 3/4 black and 1/4 white will just look black (Dave Chappelle and i bet you didn’t even know he was 1/4 white) a guy who’s 3/4 white and 1/4 black will have heavily visible black features (we’ll use Logic as an example even though I don’t think those are his exact numbers, he has visible black features, his coloring is nowhere remotely close to typical for white people, he even has black hand proportions. He’s another one of those guys who would be white to black people and black to white people. Lil Mosey is an even stronger example but he might be 1/2 black)

If you told me he was like 1/2 filipino I’d buy it, same with half arab half russian, same with some kind of obscure eurasian country etc etc

What would you consider visible non-white features?
Usually where I live I can easily be identified as mixed by most, some would say I'm ethnic others would say I'm white, it depends.
My hair texture is thicker and denser, my eyebrows are dense, thick and large, and so are my eyelashes. I prefer to be clean-shaven. My hairline is differently shaped than the average white person, and my lips are much fuller than average. My skin is olive and medium-toned. Nose has a slight dorsal hump, dark brown near-black hair, but everything else european-looking, including blue eyes.

For me it’s just a “know it when you see it” type of thing, I’m not analytical about it I can just instinctively tell when someone isn’t white or fully white
It’s like anything else, when you’re familiar with something, you know when something ISN’T that thing
I don’t like to break it down into features as much because there’s always that overlap zone between like meds and arabs where a lot of the features are similar but you can just tell that one side is dark white and the other is light not-white
