I have 2 months periods where im happy and enjoying life by just living i dont even need to do anything to feel good i just do, then i come back to feelling depressed and just like shit, nothing really brings me joy and i feel like it will never be better. Even when i do right things like sleeping on time, eating healthy and just having a healthy lifestyle, nothing helps. Does anyone actualy know how to break this cycle
