is salludon's stack that he suggests would increase bonemass actually legit?
in case you dont know what it is :
At Morning (with food):
D3 – 5,000 IU
K2 MK-4 – 2 mg
K2 MK-7 – 100 mcg
Magnesium Glycinate – 200 mg
At Night
Magnesium Threonate – 100–150 mg
