More facial hair or shave tbh. You can try minoxidil but it will probably age ur skin, castor oil + jojoba oil + peppermint oil is an ageing safe solution.

Facial pubes like that only look passable on darker individuals with dark or black facial hair, for example Johnny Depp. It almost never looks good if you have blonde, red or light brown facial hair, makes you look like a chomo.

Try shaving the sides and leaving the goatee and I don't know if you're trimming or shaving the soul patch and moustache, stop if you are. To be honest I don't think any combination of facial hair or no facial hair at all would make much of a difference in your case.
