I think it might and you should try, I’ve been inconsistently thumbpulling for like a month and it really does feel like the maxilla is moving when you do it properly with enough force. Meeting will only prevent your maxilla from recessing further, it won’t push it forward

I would assume it would develop it symmetrically if you put care into applying equal force to both sides

yep pallate expansion by mse barely makes any facial changes which is much more powerful the poor thumbpulling ,, but definitely can increase lip width i have that failo but i would do it when im done with regular looksmaxes [ thumbpulling]
