i have done it in the past for 6 months inspired by this thread 5 minutes every hour atleast 12 times a day

i also accompanied this by belt pulling using very hard force (i even hung myself from the bar using my jaws only so the force is so big(jfl) about 3-5 times a day for 2 minutes
i got absolutely 0 visible results, altrough i may be wrong because now ortho said i need braces and i had perfect bite before
also i was 16 when i did it so probably is cope unless you have insanely weak palate suture
