If there can be no movement in atom or light and no chemical reaction does time pass it would be absolutely immeasurable because nothing could perceive and indicator of time passing @Gengar this is why we need philosophy section

I agree with you, we need a philosophy section. I was pretty good at philosophy, I scored an 8 for the national exam.
