does tongue size affect palate width?

ok people clearly got different tongue sizes. would tongue size theoretically affect palate width and facial development since wider tongue needs a wider more C shaped palate

Palate width effects tongue size not the other way some people have really narrow palates where their tongues dont fit

I'm guessing no. The tongue will just curl or conform to the smaller palate
