Does topical Minoxidil cause under eye fat loss?

Hello, I am thinking of starting with topical minoxidill for my eyebrows/lashes but I am concerned about some people (*) saying it might cause fat loss under the eyes giving more hollow and sunken eyes, Is that true?
To combat this I am thinking of stacking minox with Volufiline as I have heard it brings more fat to applied areas of the face.
