Does tret do anything for acne?

Im only eating meat and dairy to try improve my acne and skin, should i keep using tret or is it cope

yeah keep using it. quit the dairy though.

Yeah i do eat fruit and today i bought some liver and brain i might eat raw. Ascension pending
